Joan McLaren is an internationally recognized equestrian with outstanding credentials in show jumping, dressage, cross-country jumping, and eventing.

Based in Ireland, Joan conducts clinics throughout Europe, Ireland, and the USA. A candidate for the USET show jumping squad, Joan has an impressive track record which includes Reserve Champion in the 2001 Irish Regional Dressage Championships and Reserve and Champion in two separate divisions of the 1999 Irish National Dressage Championships. Joan has trained and worked with numerous top equestrians and course designers throughout Europe and the USA including Conrad Schumacher, Bert de Nemethy, and Frank Chapot.
